Good to know that they at least haven't given up yet...
yeah, i'll never feel confident if duke, unc, or uk prioritizes one of our offers, but louisville is a program that concerns me with loveday.I feel like we were starting to feel this way about Gafney and a little bit Carton, before Holtmann secured them. The only recruiting head to heads that would REALLY concern me are Duke, UNC and Kentucky.
Wouldn’t he have first had to be realistically in our grasp to be able to slip away? I didn’t think he was ever very close.Feels like this one is slipping away. Please, someone correct me.

Totally agree.Sucks because he looks to be headed to top 30 territory and possibly even a 5 star, id looks leaps and bouns better everytime a new tape drops.
visit would then be for 9/21, which is the miami football game. rather surprised he isn't opting for the msu game since he's a big buckeye football fan. guess it just means he's looking to announce rather soon....
Loveday said he will make an official visit to Baylor on Friday and then in two weeks has one scheduled to Ohio State. He said he’s unsure when he will sign but he said a decision is likely to come after those visits.
“Ohio State is probably the last one I take,” he said. “That’s the three schools that have connected with me the most and tried to show me the most love.”

sounds like louisville is the strong lean. the thing is, the cards almost certainly want dickinson more than loveday, and they're definitely one of the favorites for dickinson. would mack take loveday before dickinson announces? if loveday nears a commitment, which will probably happen before he starts his senior season, would dickinson feel compelled to jump first if he's also favoring louisville?
anyway, word is that indiana stopped talking to loveday months ago. painter pretty much did the same well before then. howard hasn't expressed much interest. lots of programs have essentially dropped him. not terribly surprising since the knock on loveday is that he's by no means an interior force.
can't see baylor being the destination due to location and due to already picking up dainja. probably a louisville-osu battle.
i like loveday and his variable skill set, but i like him as a center who should not be shouldered with the burden of major minutes and production as a freshman. if diallo were more of a sure thing, then i'd have fewer concerns. or, of course, if kaleb were to stay, then i'd obviously have far fewer concerns. but a true freshman loveday and a sophomore diallo who may redshirt? on a 2020-21 team that should be among the nation's best from the 1 through the 4? it's not ideal. this is why i hope we end up securing a fall commitment from only a 2020 post player before possibly getting a grad-transfer post this spring.Whats your thoughts with him ability wise? Where does he rank on your "wants"?
