I feel pretty good saying that tOSU is the “better”, more talented team; but, Clemson is more seasoned. They looked like they’ve been here before. That could be us next year.

Maybe. D will need a lot of work with all the guys to replace.

Definitely think Fields will be quicker, and hopefully healthy. If he's able to run like usual, OSU wins this game. But he wasn't, and I'm just glad he was still standing. Hope it's not too bad of an injury and he can recover and get back to it on schedule.

All things considered, we should not have lost this game. Some of it was out of our hands, some it was clearly in them.

It's easy to point at the stuff out of our hands, but we did a lot to beat ourselves.

This Clemson team is not that good. I think LSU will kick the shit out of them, and I hope they do, but I have no interest in watching.

I'd just like to see my Buckeyes win a fucking game against Clemson before I die. :roll1:
I don't ever want to play a Dabo lead Clemson again.... fuck it I am done wanting to beat them because we can't fucking do it even when we are clearly the better team.

I will just now hope they lose and get left out because quite simply they have our fucking number.

Hey guys,

I know how y’all are feeling right about now, but I had to check back in to congratulate you on a great season and to say that was one helluva game. I bet the ratings were sky-high.

What an emotional rollercoaster on both sides. I really thought OSU had Clemson’s number early, and I almost threw in the towel several times. A few observations:

-Both your lines basically destroyed us all game. If you keep bringing in those big boys, y’all are going to be stout for years to come.

-Dobbins is a beast. Fields will only continue getting better with this experience.

-The Fiesta Bowl needs to fix their turf. What kind of pathetic excuse was that for a field? All the guys were slipping everywhere. It really slowed down the speed that both teams had for the most part. I’m really not sure who that benefited; but I know if Dobbins could have cut a few times where he slipped, he may have had near 300 yards (for real).

-Have you ever seen that many injuries to key players in a game of this importance? That was nuts. I’m thinking a lot of that had to do with the turf.

-Going into the game, I said the only way Clemson would win is if Lawrence runs the ball more than usual. He had over 100 on the ground. That last Clemson TD was due to the backers biting on the fake run.

-Both teams got beat up, bad. That was quite a physical game. There are 2 weeks until the Championship game, but I’d have to imagine LSU will be way healthier going into it.

Nobody is going to give Clemson a chance in the next game. We’ll see what happens.

See you in the playoffs next year. Your team will be hungry as hell.

So true so many times he could of ran but didn't. The knee had to be an issue.

Have a feeling we'll look a lot like this year's LSU team next year. Fields will be in command of the offense like Joe is, but the D will take a step back. If they can avoid the L at PSU on 10/24, they should be back and maybe the D will be experienced enough to get the job done by then. BIG didn't give us any breaks with the schedule this year either: If it's not so backloaded, they likely come into the playoff as the #1 seed and healthier.

It might not make you feel better but at the end of the day, it's just a game. Our lives will go on. We played our asses off and many people had us getting completely blown out. Clemson is going to get completely torched in two weeks. We put a serious beating on them. They won't recover in 2 weeks.

It's gonna hurt but remember, this doesn't change a thing in your life. You can be just as happy as you were before the game.

Cheers man.

Well.... actually it does change our lives a little... considering we booked a flight to NOLA (with points and $150 we can reuse), and found this kick ass dude who was going to put us up for a great price.

It ruined my evening AND our vacation.

First world problems....
