And I agree about that move of Lewis off the bench as long as it doesnt hurt chemistry and betters the team...

Yeah I was in the other group on that one, but from the looks of it, Lewis really likes that role and seems to have taken it in stride...

I posted a few weeks ago that Matta should give it some thought, but I was also worried about how Lewis would handle the situation.......so far, so good. I just thought that Lewis played very well coming off the bench and I thought Cook deserved some more minutes.....

I think the best part about the move is you have experience coming off the bench that can figure out what is going on in the game b4 he even steps on the floor...

the reality is though it didnt give cook more mins, or only a few more. what it does is to me makes sure you have one of your srs on the floor at all times. honestly lewis is the only kid who plays with some "punk" to him. butler has a streak, but its more of a stab you in the back quietly with a run killing three. lewis brings a little "tude" of the bench and thats nice to have as one of your first substitutions. it also frees him up on in theory a lesser defender (sixth man/seventh man).

that being said i dont think anyone has given jamar his props for his play against minnesota. mckienze was using and abusing lewis (6 for 7) they switched off to butler and i believe it was 3 for 11 the rest of the way. just throwing that out there...

I agree, you have to love the idea that we really have 3 guys on the perimeter that can defend anyone in the country. Also you have to love the steals that Conley gets with his quick hands and jumping in the passing lanes...
