Football sure has changed in 42 years. For example:
This was pretty funny to track.
Of course the graphics.
The jerseys- OSU was wearing some basic mesh jersey, looked like practice jerseys, except for Jim Otis who had his name on his nice jersey.
Red flags on penalties.
Toe-booting kicks

- that first one for OSU was, uh, bad. Kicking off from the 40 and the ball still only made it to the 20, maybe 15 yard line.
Passing looked like a chore.
Certainly there were some big, fast guys, but overall, you could tell there wasn't the level of "living in the weight room" that is expected today.
The continuous mentions of a guys "100" time.
Fans dressed in plain ol' clothes. Obvious answer from my dad was that things weren't commercialized with the licensing and marketing of school logos, etc. Said you were happy to own a "Property of..." type of shirt for a school.
And on that last touchdown, the OSU players telling the crowd to quiet down/remain calm after the bad call so that they could go to the next play (2-pt conversion). WTF?
