saw this on thursday, but i couldn't find a source announcing an actual offer before the top 10 was tweeted. matta recruited him a long time ago; however, there was a 6/15 article noting osu's interest. the official buckeye basketball twitter account just started following him, so i guess that's verification that moore has, in fact, been offered. not that it matters...
