People like to criticize and theorize, but who at the beginning of the season wouldn't have taken a 17-3 record, 2nd place in conference, and a top-20 ranking after the first 20 games? Just keep that in mind...

In games when both teams are ranked, Ohio State has a 4-2 edge. The two teams had not been ranked in the same game since 1992 when No. 15 Michigan downed No. 3 Ohio State in overtime, 75-71. That game was an NCAA Regional Final contest in Lexington, Ky.
