Its usually pretty good every year to be honest. This is just one of the first times that osu has been able to get in on it. The tidewater area especially always has top tier talent. That's what's kept va tech a good team for so long. They rarely have to recruit outside of the state, especially the 757 area code

That's fair enough. I think the very top tier talent the state is producing this year is pretty great though. I mean you can make an argument for Da'Shawn Hand, Andrew Brown, Quin Blanding, and Caleb Henderson to all be the top recruits at their positions, and Hand is the consensus #1 recruit in the country.
