In an announcement made live on NBC Sports Network and Rivals.com, Tennessee high schooler Josh Malone announced that he has verbally committed to stay in his home state and play his college football at Tennessee. Malone’s finalists had been UT, Clemson and Georgia. He also thanked Florida State and Ohio State for its interest.

Just sayin': I never get mad and/or disappointed when a high schooler decides to "stay home" (i.e. in state school) to play football. I wish him the best at Tennessee.
