Or maybe he's just not that good and WVU was his best offer. This kid was all about self promotion and promotion by those around him. Clarkson was his "QB Guru" that got Kiffin to offer him. He claims a SCUM offer and I am pretty sure that was not real. Heck, his dad "bought" a high school for him so he would not be held back by any of that "learning" stuff.
