'13 OH LB Courtney Love (Nebraska Verbal)

The only time I saw Love play, was the second half of the 2011 state title game. I had DVRed the game and watched him (only), the entire second half of the game. Based on that one performance where he was a complete non-factor, I'm not at all surprised he did not end up at tOSU. Best of luck to him at Nebraska.

Let's not go down this road. Love is a good player and UNL got a good one. We will find ours but there's no need to hint that the kid isn't good enough.

OLB Courtney Love still a Cornhusker

When Courtney Love (Youngstown, Ohio/Cardinal Mooney) was spotted at Saturday?s Ohio State game against Cal, speculation went haywire regarding the outside linebacker possibly having interest in the Buckeyes again.

The 6-foot-1, 225-pound Nebraska commit made it clear that wasn?t the case when he said not to read anything into it.

He didn?t talk to Ohio State coaches and the school isn?t recruiting him anymore.

?I was just there as a fan, to watch a football game with my family and my teammate Marcus McWilson (also a Nebraska recruit),? Love said. ?My dad got the tickets.?
