1. They probably aren't "stickers." Could be folded, handwritten cards.

2. That's part of recruiting.

I don't have any problem with it at all. Kids like that stuff. Shows we like them a whole lot. Gotta do what you can within the rules to land the kids nowadays, and this is what works...
