Four-star cornerback Ronald Darby (Oxon Hill, Md./Potomac; No. 69 in the ESPNU 150), who was the top rated player in Notre Dame's class, has opened up his recruitment, multiple sources report.

Darby, who pledged to the Irish in April, 2011, is expected to visit Florida State and Clemson. He is also considering making stops at Ohio State and LSU and he has offers from many other top programs.

Darby is likely bound for one of Clemson, Florida, FSU, or LSU based on track is what I'm told by my ND contact... Is highly ranked in the 100 and 200.

IMO CB/DefensiveBack is not a need of concern right now. We got our pass rushers, we need some LBs now
