I kept reading and found out he is actually 13 and his team is pretty much as good as it gets when it comes to Pop Warner teams.

It was more of a joke at first considering it said he was 8 years old, but since he is 13.....not so much.

Just to avoid any confusion, this is a different kid than scartletngray's nephew, who also plays in California, but is about 2 years younger and is named Codi.

That's a pretty legit 40 time for a sub 5-ft 13 year old... is that hand timed or electronic?

It's a poor piece of uncle-ing for scarletngray to not have a thread started for his nephew. Given the time between now and his college career, Codi (SnG) could easily break the record for most posts.

wow, that kid IS impressive! those cuts are just unreal, let alone a 13 yr-old makes them!! somebody needs to get out there and start to educate the kid about the good 'ol O-STATE!!!! :wink2:
by the way, it is hilarious to see kids doing the "jump" five. they are so tiny.... lol

In 7th grade my middle school had a 5'5 160 lb runningback who could bench press 200 pounds and was fast too. He was tackled 5 times the entire season in seventh grade.

Senior year, he was a 5'6 170 lb second string linebacker. Who knows where this kid will be once he starts to mature.

That's true, in middle school I was 5'10 150 and a freak middle linebacker. Now I'm 5'11 190. Ya never know.

Thats some great entertainment there. The single wing or Wing T offense is nasty when the coaching has everyone on the same page and the talent is there to make things happen. What vision Cody has!

I have to agree though that the choice of music for these kids was poor.

BusNative - Check out my update on my nephew on his thread title "Future Buckeye?". How about my nephew, Codi, blocking for the other Cody? Now that's what I'm talking about!!
