Toledo Rockets gain Waverly quarterback Derek Roback
After also considering Ball State and Harvard, quarterback Derek Roback of Waverly, Ohio, has committed to Toledo for the Class of 2010.

The 6-foot-3, 220-pound prospect had other offers from Bowling Green, Marshall, Miami-Ohio and Ohio.

As a junior, Roback passed for 1,585 yards and 21 touchdowns. He ran for 480 yards and four scores.

The Rockets now have seven pledges.
