'10 OH DL Micah Robinson

When I lived in Cleveland as a kid I grew up on the same street as John Adams and when I was 5-6 years old I used to walk over to their summer practices. Fun memories. Sorry to digress. Back to Micah.

I'm almost surprised this young man didn't do the transfer to Glenville routine.

Some have said the same of South's Devontae Payne and super-soph Devonta Brooks. I think it is best for Glenville, and possibly even OSU for that matter, to have as many decent Senate League programs as possible. JFK had a few good years, as has South. I think kids that are in these decent Senate League programs are realizing that they don't need to transfer to Glenville to get attention. That doesn't necesarily apply to the Senate League schools that are struggling.

John Adams seems primed to be the #2 in the Senate. John Adams has quickly (they didn't have a football team a few years ago when the HS was being renovated) made themselves into a very good program. They had a few senior this past year that I thought might have garnered D-IA scholarship offers. Robinson is definitely the best talent they've had in probably decades, though.
