Also, and just speculation as well, the bond between cousins is not always the same as with brothers. If Will was Vern's little brother and seemed to have no specific pull or excitement, I'd be a little more confused. We really have no idea how close the two of them really are or there families are.

No school is going to appeal to every prospect. What's so tough to understand about that?

Given the problems we have with climate, I think tOSU gets every bit of our share of great talent. Our staff is dynamite at recruiting.

Assuming that he sees himself in the NFL one day, elite pass rushers who put a hand on the ground will make a heck of a lot more money than an elite linebacker, even if they're a passing down only kind of player. Unfortunately, this is the plight of the 'tweener.

WG's definitely got the frame to grow out of being a tweener. Not to mention, look how many LEO-type players went in the first round this year (compared to MLB's, for example). The NFL is full of 3-4 defenses which need guys who can stand at the line and/or drop back.
