Game Thread #1 tOSU at Washington, Sat. Sept. 27th, 3:30 ET, CBS

I just don't see how they hold this offense to 24 points. These reciever, tight ends, and now Bo Jackson... it's just overwhelming.

Agree defense wins championships, especially in the bigten when the weather goes to shit. Its supposed to be 65-70degrees with 3-6mph wind. So basically perfect weather. I just feel a total beatdown in my bones
I’m allowing for a turnover or really conservative play calling with a freshman QB on the road.

I know transitive properties don’t always work but it dawned on me.

North Texas who’s not doing too bad btw did better defending Washington State than Washington did. Washington gave up 21 to Colorado State (who was held to 16 by UTSA btw) and then 24 to Wazzu (who was held to 10 by North Texas).

I’m sorry but if you put their defense into prospective then I don’t see how they keep this buckeyes offense under 35. Does Washington have a better offense than Ohio? Geez I don’t think know.

Also Colorado State held them to 38. I think we can at least cut that in half. Rounding up I’d imagine 21-24 points is about right maybe 28 if they score TDs instead of getting a FG.

It’ll all depend on redone offense and if they can get into the end zone on chunk plays.

Washington OL has show signs of weakness, they were able to ultimately just wear down and over power the 3 bad teams they've played though. That's not gonna happen here.

The only thing that sort of concerns me is that we tend to get sloppy in tackling at times. Take good angles and wrap up don't get up free first downs with bad fundamentals.

I just put a 3 spot on the Buckeyes moneyline which is massive for me. I have a ton of confidence obviously in winning this game and I can't see how the betting line doesn't move accordingly as we get closer to gametime.
