2005 was much more balanced imo. This offense looks and feels very 2005-2006 in the best possible ways.
Deliberate/Patient.
Methodical.
Efficient.
Explosive.
Versatile.
It's really great getting away from the "anxiety ball" that has been the no-huddle the last 10+ years and the penchant to almost never leave 11 personnel. To see my QB in a huddle spitting out plays... I feel like we're coming back around full circle and blending the concepts that make the finest mix of what I grew up playing and watching, while integrating modern passing concepts and formations.
Credit to Hartline. He really has created something that is the best of both worlds that makes a 21-3 lead actually *feel* like a 21-3 lead used to.
At this point everything feels deliberate to run as few plays as possible to leave stuff in the arsenal in the playoffs.2005 was much more balanced imo.
