#1 Ohio State 72, Michigan 62 (Final)

Thats a good point too. I notice a lot of people really really hate Ohio State and I never really saw it till I moved out of Ohio.

I would agree we have looked a lot more solid than some of the other teams (sans Kansas) but we will see what the selection committee does. Did anyone read the espn.com article on simulating the selection committee?

Strange uniforms. I can't decide what I think. Kind of like Kueller, the first thing I thought of is it will be OBVIOUS when someone gets a jersey full of #20. However, they almost look like something you'd see in a pick-up game on blacktop.

Now that we've taken care of TBA we get to beat scUM for the 3rd time this year. Yee-haw! :osu:

It's like having your cake and eating it too, and again, both, at the same time - and then doing the whole thing over from the top.

No way TSUN plays anywhere near as fiercely this time around away from the friendly confines of Crisler Arena, on one days rest. Blow-out time. 80 is the target for the Buckeyes.

Of course, if the ACC gets what it wants and gets 9 teams in, all bets are off, hell, they probably want two 1 seeds, 2 twos, and 2 threes.... :shake:
Word

Oh, the game.....meh. There wasn't anything on the line last time, and then OSU looked at the scoreboard in the closing minutes and said, "Hey, maybe it'd be fun to give a damn." This one isn't even gonna be exciting.

Big Ten Tournament

Michigan to battle OSU again

Wolverines advance by beating Minnesota

By Marla Ridenour

Beacon Journal sportswriter

CHICAGO - Brent Petway's friend Alma is back in Ann Arbor, so the design of the Michigan football helmet she shaved into his hair last Saturday before the game against Ohio State has faded a bit.
For the Wolverines, the memories haven't.
They suffered through perhaps the most painful four minutes of the season in Crisler Arena, when No. 1-ranked Ohio State finished with a 10-0 run to rally for a 65-61 victory. Michigan led 61-55 after a three-point play by Courtney Sims with 3:54 remaining.
``We got too tense,'' Michigan sophomore guard Jerret Smith said. ``When you get so happy that you've got something, sometimes you mishandle it. We were so anxious to have it that we tried too hard.''
