#1 Ohio State 63, Purdue 52 (Final)

If the Buckeyes down Purdue tomorrow, the opponent in the final will be TBA.

Apparently the Big Ten Tournament is single elimination for everybody else, but triple for TBA.

I wouldn't be surprised if TBA sneaks their way into the NCAA tournament without a single win to show for in the Big Ten tournament...utterly ridiculous

We had a 5:16 TO ratio against scum today. If that holds up the rest of this Big10 tourney, we'll walk. That being said I hope we keep the ration more to 3:7 area. Oden will not be denied against the Boilers.

I have noticed that we are keeping teams in the 30's in FG % as long as we do that we are in good shape.
Most of that is to Oden's credit, teams just don't want to go inside as much

Should be a solid game tommorrow, but Purdue has to feel they have the weight off their shoulders with the win today as they should be in the tourney now...
the Gods of baskets and Balls says that both purdue and Ill get into the dance with their wins today.

I can't tell you how much I'm enjoying watching us play now. Quiet, controlled basketball on both ends of the floor, seamless subbing and rotation, Conley and Butler playing like a right and a left hand. I guarantee there are a few coaches in NC Fla. and Kansas that don't like it nearly as much as me.... :oh:

I agree. IMO when they beat Wiscy they found their toughness AND their confidence. Then after coming from behind to beat tsun , well that only increased both facets. Now they are playing great.
It is "well oiled machine" time.

I-O

Hopefully, our outside shooting will be on today because I think we will see Purdue playing a zone defense. I also think that we will play a zone. We need to get the ball to the big guy.
Oden needs to start getting the ball on almost every possesion if not every one. Just the threat of Greg will open up the outside and penetration games.
