Running back
Cincinnati Sycamore

Height: 6-foot-1
Weight: 200 lbs
2007 stats: 1,200 yards rushing, 15 TD's

Offers from Illinois, Indiana, Cincinnati, and BGSU right now...

This is your '09 tOSU RB target and the title of this thread will be changing soon.

[/I]Film:

My Take: Gets downhill fast...excellent burst and deceptive speed. Smooth is the word that comes to mind...not overly flashy or a bruiser...just smooth. Seemed as though his cleats were always in the turf no matter what his upper half was doing. I like this one.

Watched the film last week and knew the kid had it...I was just waiting for the thread to be made...

Can't say I disagree with anything that Grad posted about him in his evaluation...Think it is spot on...

If you guys haven't watched the film yet, get on it...

He and Caper would be amazing in terms of 2 backs in one class, but that is a lot to pull off...

I am sure that H&G has seen the kid live and curious as to what he thinks...

Definitely looks lighter than his listed 200. He has speed to burn though. I'm not really sure we've had a running back like him in a while. He's a pure speed back IMO, but he's a runningback. I don't think he'll play slot receiver or scat back.

Impressive film though.

Love the name, and the film is even better than the name. It is great to get an offer out early to him as well.

His running style reminds me a little of Jamal Lewis, short choppy steps helps him keep his balance on contact as well as allowing him to cut at nearly anytime. Deceptive speed as he is not a long strider, but still runs away from some guys.

Thanks for staying on top of things Grad and the BPRT.

Great Film

Not an expert here or anything but watch his feet, he has great balance and can shift side to side without losing hardly any speed. He makes people miss, much like mike hart could do by using a great side step. He doesnt look 6'1 but he runs strong and has very good top end speed. I like this one, good offer. Hopefully we get him. Go Bucks

Watching his ScoutingOhio tape, the kid is so smooth in every cut he makes, makes it quickly and gets to the next level. Its like he cuts at full speed, its impressive.

This is the first time I've seen him, and I love his tape. I havent watched his Rivals yet, but I'm sure its mostly the same clips.
