Is the staff's plan to take Posey + Scott + one more WR (Fuller, Tate, Floyd, Jarboe), along with Stoney as a hybrid WR/TE/H-B? If so, that would explain the lack of an offer for Moore.

That makes sense. We have Nicol, Ballard and Miller at TE. I think uf mentioned awhile ago that the staff really want to find some big time targets for the passing game this year. Posey, Scott, Stoney so far all fit the mold.

Film (Profile)

My Take: Jeffrey looks like a man amongst boys...not sure if its talent or competition, but it appears to be a combination of both. My first thought was 07 prospect Terrance Tolliver. His frame is obvious and he utilizes that advantage well. He shows an adequate burst and good straight-line speed...most of his clips were flies, fades, or posts, but there were a few clips showing shorter routes were he shows decent open field ability but I again question the competition. Jeffrey is definitely a top-tier athlete and should end up as a major recruit in 08.

Well I hadnt checked out his film, due to the fact that I didnt really think that we would have a chance...You would think if the staff is going to send and offer to him they feel that they have somewhat of a shot at him, and at this point you would either think they have...

As for his film, this is what I saw when watching him as well...He dwarfs over most of the competition, but his frame is obvious and he uses his body real well to go up and get the ball...
