'08 OH TE Brandon Moore (Michigan signee)

Hopefully Brandon and Dominick can change some of the rumored perceptions of Trotwood-Madison.

TM is a LOT better than Cleveland Public, which OSU has no problems with. I see your point though.

Peake was hesitant to play LB, thats why he did not get his offer. OSU had no plans to even play him at any Safety. That and Nate Oliver committing, Peake and Oliver are very similar players. Safeties who will play LB.

I don't know how many times I've stated this but...Peake preferring safety had absolutely NOTHING to do with him not getting an offer. Peake would have moved to offensive line to get an OSU offer. Grades were somewhat the problem and I'm not sure to what extent they were but I'm pretty sure that wasn't the whole story either.

Anyone care to venture as to why Brandon doesnt have an offer yet?? Is it as simple as staff wanting to only take 1 TE next year... and Rudolph being that guy?? Risky strategy if that is the case..

When a team like Georgia targets Brandon Moore this early you know he's a game-changer at the TE position... the Dawgs go a great job with that position and it reallys says something that they've offered Brandon this early in the process

I think staff knew that if they wanted Rudolph that they were going to have to get on him early because of ND... With Moore, he's at a very pro-tOSU school and has expressed major interest in us all along. So he could likely be less of a pursuit than Rudolph would have to be...
I'm not sure how many TE type guys that we take, but I'm hearing more and more people talk about the possibility of Moore playing DE in college (as grad alluded to earlier in this thread)...
I think we'll see some more offers go out after next Wednesday, and Moore could very well get one of those...
