'08 OH OL Zebrie Sanders (FSU signee)

The staff knows what they are looking for in OL...if Zebrie fits that mold, he will get an offer. If not, he won't.

6'6" 260...slightly narrow shoulders...how much can he hold?

Aaron Brown?

What other factors are there in play?

In-state kid with no offer?

Perhaps the perception given by internet recruiting is not the same reality that the coaches have seen.

Just rambling...

Zebrie has offers from Michigan, Clemson, Miami, Georgia, Northwestern, and Duke. He claims a top five of Clemson, Georgia, Michigan, USC, and Miami...in no order. Zebrie says tOSU is not recruiting him as hard as some other schools and has not discussed an offer.

Could this be another Joe Thomas situation? I ask because given Ohio State's need on the O line, and the fact that Sanders is an in state kid I would think that he would have an offer already.

Is the staff that confident in the kids they've already targeted?

Sanders is impressing everybody else. If Miami (FL), Georgia, Michigan, Clemson, and USC have been impressed enough to offer him early, I think Ohio State's offer will be coming to him just around the corner.

You obviously don't follow much Ohio State recruiting...

Hasn't it been said that Sanders lacks a mean-streak? I know thats one of the reason's the staff cooled on Aaron Brown a few years ago, whose recruitment has been almost identical to this point (only he had an OSU offer pretty early on).
