Just don't see it happening...I would love it if I was wrong...But even if we miss this one we will pick up two big CB's next year...
I've always been one that believes next year is never guaranteed so if we can get a guy of his caliber now I'd take him no doubt. We may be high on a recruits list now but things can change a lot in a year plus time frame. Brandon seems to be a great kid and athlete who has the makings as a shut down corner. It's probably going to be hard to bring him out of the South since that's where the rest of his current list resides but ya never know. Best of luck to Mr. Harris no matter what he decides.

Agreed...Barnett and Givens already have offers and I love the potential of both of them...

i would love to have harris....but jenkins staying gives them a nice bridge to the good corners in 2009...and travis howard is going to be a great corner...he is the next great one...

I see Howard as a free safety all the way. I think Harris would be our one true corner in this class.

I think it will be very dificult to pull Harris to Columbus, with the ties that friends and father have with Randy Shannon. I feel he will be a 'Cane, but it is a compliment to JT that he came up to visit.:oh:

I agree with you. But never say never! I think it would have helped a lot if Andrew Sweat had manged to show up when Brandon visited. I hear the two are close, and would have made his trip even more memorable.....possibly enough to forget Miami!

No offense man, but how can the two be "close"? They just met a couple weeks ago. I see alot of people in Buckeyeland saying this guy is close with this guy or that guy. Can you really become close or best friends with someone in a week?

I understand what youre saying, but time may not be a determining factor in making two people close. These two young men are going through (or did go through) similar situations, which could bring them together. Also Im sure youve met someone in your life, with whom you just "clicked". Maybe these guys "clicked", and identify with eachother. I hope Brandon comes to the same end as Sweat did though:biggrin:

Happened with my ex-wife on a Friday night...um....probably not a good example.

Pryor publicly stated that he would have committed to osu on the spot of that's where patrick turner went. Now LSU is somewhat in Pryor's mix after not even being in the picture before Turner committed, so I'm pretty sure that things like that do happen.
