MIRAMAR - Watching the Ely-Miramar game on Friday night, one might have thought it was Tigers star Patrick Johnson who was coming off a three-week suspension layoff, not Patriots quarterback Eugene Smith.

Johnson struggled all night, and only finally got involved in the scoring when he found Nick Tandy for a 30-yard touchdown in the second quarter. But Smith would have the last laugh of the half, breaking tackles on a 4-yard touchdown run as time expired to make it 27-6.

not sure if this is legit, but thought i'd post anyways cause pretty cool if true

at the USC camp he was shutting everyone down and asked to cover some USC receivers in drills and shut them down as well....again don't know if true, and I doubt USC players would be allowed to participate in a camp and vice verse for a layer to become involved in a USC practice, but from the way he described it, it sounded true

Anyways, sounds like a good prospect
