'07 WI OL/DL Josh Oglesby (Wisconsin signee)

Exactally and he will be able to come in and start early in his career, so he wiould be a freshmen when Rehring and Barton are seniors and Boone is a junior. So if he came in a redshirted, he could start the next year on the other side of Boone and he could be the LT for 4 straight years.

Very true... I'm just guessing, but I bet the staff has made this known to him as well. :) Heck, if we schmoes can see it...

Anyone think that maybe he helped the staff in the fact to back off of Brown after they were starting to get bad vibes. The depth chart is going to look real good to him at the tackle position.

No, teams don't recruit like that. You don't back off a senior in favor of a junior no matter who the recruit is. Notice Notre Dame went after two top flight QB's this year, even though they're supposively the leader for the Clausen kid. You can't count on a kid becoming yours two years before he signs a letter of intent. So much can happen.

But cooling on a Sr. that isn't entirely needed to put themselves in better position with a stud Jr. does happen.

From the Wisconsin site... Oglesby holds offers from tOSU, ND, scUM, Wisconsin, Tennessee, and Arkansas. Josh says his top four are tOSU, ND, scUM, and Wisconsin. Tennessee and Arkansas are out because he doesn't like the south very much. He went to Madison unofficially several times during the season.

He is possibly the #1 target of the 2007 class at this point...
