From the MichiganPreps.com site...Darris' grandfather was an All-American at Tennessee and played for the Detroit Lions (Fearsome Foursome). He says he is getting the most early attention from Auburn, Notre Dame, Tennessee and Michigan.

Pretty good read from Jeremy Crabtree. Talks about Darris's relationship with his grandfather, who as 45 mentioned, was an All-American and captain at Tennessee. He has an offer from Toledo, and hears regularly from <!--StartFragment --> Auburn, Boston College, Michigan, Ohio State, Purdue, and Tennessee.

Rivals has posted 26 clips of Darris at OL.

There is a ton of junior film out there right now. Every year Rivals has increased the amount of film that is available. I would look for their to be more available this year than ever before. I will save my review of this and most of the other junior films for the first BPRT blog of '06.

Does it seem as though (and I hate the thought) that Michigan has higher quality talent in '07 than Ohio? Obviously, the OH will have the depth, but Michigan seems to have some very highly regarded kids next year.

It might be even, but OHIO is loaded next year also. Also they will probably put out 8-10 d-I prospects even know a couple of them are highly rated, but we will put out about 30-40.

Also most of our guys have played much better competition so the transition could be a lot easier.

I thought this kid was going to be a Vol all the way but then dang...he grew up a Michigan fan...He looks like a kid that is angry,....maybe we can get a visit...but I never like to hear that stuff. I am not surprised as he is from Detroit.
