Just looked at the Scout and Rivals profiles for Reynolds and he doesn't list Ohio State in either...Minnesota, Nebraska, Wisconsin, and Notre Dame are the only ones he lists.

That's how I interpreted it as well. I am really hoping Hughes gets an offer. A thunder to go with our lightning (Saine) would be a fantastic combo. for years.

we have been in his top list ever since the start, even without an offer. I wonder if others will be hearing from the staff as well?

He's an awesome athlete, and seems to be a great kid. I'm guessing he'll be in scout's top 10 runningbacks. However, we just got Brandon Saine, and have guys like John Clay, and Morgan Williams who can potentially receive offers, or already have them.
I'm guessing the staff will decide whether or not they will recruit another runningback, and if so, who it will be.
