Probably more of a "wait and see" type thing... I bet staff is waiting on Still's decision first... Or it could be that they wanted to pick up some film and then decide... If he makes his visit on 1/26, I'd expect him to get an offer...

Its just jargon really:

Two types of tackler...

Explosive & Drag...one goes through you, the other just gets you down. "Drag" comes from the dead feet dragging after contact. Grab on and pull down types.
