Phelon openly discusses being a soft verbal now and does discuss the possibility of tOSU. He feels he can win a position in Columbus.

Well one would think that b/c of how early he received his offer and combine that with a great size and speed combo, probably a better combo than guys left on the board, that he might be the top speed guy left on the board.

Then take into account a prospect reopening his recruitment b/c of a teams downfall you would think that he is looking for a better option and will eventually decide different than U. It isnt like he is reopening his recruitiment just to take a couple visits.

With his mom being a tOSU grad one would think that if we could get him up here for the "Game" with a couple other big time recruits we might have a pretty good chance at snagging him.

JMO tho.
