BGriff... I am anxious to see what it looks like on Sunshine as well... I am under the impression that when Derek gets back home he will be posting the video, so we'll see what time that is but He has told me that it WILL Be posted TONIGHT.

I have been waiting to see his videos for quite some time. I am very excited to see what he has to offer.
Also, SHAKES, any news on what was rumored earlier... about Sean receiving an offer? I know Alan said no, but have there been any talks between the staff and Sean that make it seem as though an offer is on the way?

Well...
Sean will be going up to Columbus in April to sit in on a practice, which will be the first meeting with the coaches. They have had general correspondence with Sean and had more correspondence with Sean's coaches. We'll see, correspondence has really picked up since they saw the video. I am really unsure when an offer will come about, but I hope soon. I would probably think they want to see him live before offering, but who knows his video is good in the average joe's eye, but when a QB coach sits down to watch it they appreciate the little things, his form, footwork, and release point. It shows alot of aspects of his game and is really impressive if you think about it, he shared time and played strictly Defense in certain games (when the ran the ball just about every play) and he still managed to have a highlight film that is solid. (it could have been alot better given the playing time)

Wow, I'll leave the football analysis to the true experts, but how exciting is it to see an athletic QB who clearly enjoys mauling people on defense? He flattened a couple of kids, and clearly would be willing to sacrifice his body in the way Krenzel, Smith have had to under JT's system of QB draws. Thanks Shakes! Does your bro ever hop on BP at all?

No he really doesnt get on BP, he checked the board a long time ago like when they did the first article on him but not much since. And yes he will be attending the OSU Camp this summer following the Ann Arbor NIKE and Elite 11 camps.

And I must agree with the majority here when I say... wow.
For not playing much, every play he made must have been highlight worthy. His speed is very nice, and the defensive clips show he isa tough kid.

YEA when i went throught the videos I was surprised to find that almost all his throws were highlights and he had some really good runs. He had a bunch of other tackles but the intention was to show his toughness and that really makes me happy that it showed that.
Also i wasnt sure how he chose the highlights because the other highlights on the film were just as noteworthy. BUT I like the ones he picked they show a little bit of everything.

As an outsider it seems like the coaches may be waiting until the camp to deterime what other QBs to offer this year. Do you think that OSU will fall to far behind some of the other teams that are recruiting your brother if an offer comes after the OSU camp? Thanks for your insite.

No, not at all, I dont think he expects to get offers before the camps, offering a kid a scholarship based solely on a video doesnt seem too rational, he realizes that he has to show them at the camps and seems pretty excited about it. He really is much more talented than the film shows, not once in the film did he really get to open up his arm and just let it fly, so he has much more to prove to the coaches at the camps.
I'm excited to see how the mod's critique his film.
