IMPERIAL, PA -- Dorin Dickerson is a big man to bring down on the football field, but the West squad will have to do just that in January at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

The classic East vs. West match-up will be played and televised live on NBC January 7th at 12:00 p.m. (CST) and will feature the top 78 prep football student-athletes in the country.
Dorin Dickerson is the number four ranked wide receiver in the country by Scout.com. He is a member of the National Hot 100 as well as the East Hot 100. At 6-2, 205 pounds, Dickerson has a nice blend of speed and strength, is very versatile, and needs the ball in his hands.
"Dickerson gained 25 pounds of muscle between his sophomore and junior seasons. Heis a tremendous athlete, he is very versatile and has played everywhere except the line in high school. Outstanding ball skills and a disciplined route runner," says Bob Lichtenfels of Scout.com.
That versatility came under fire last year as he had to play multiple positions when he carried the ball 130 times for 1065 yds and 13 touchdowns while adding 25 receptions for 517 yds and eight TDs. Defensively, he had 48 tackles and three interceptions.
Dickerson has committed to Pittsburgh and is the second future Panther announced to participate in the game, joining tight end
Nate Byham.
