If tOSU is in on this kid, get in touch w/ the Raleigh Alumni club and they will put something together to have the group go root for the kid this season and be sure he knows there is buckeye love. The Charlotte group did it for Derrick Morris.

BTW..I am not very impressed with NC HS Football to say the least. Don't get fooled looking at the USA today polls and seeing Charlotte Independence at #2.
I doubt they would be one of the best 5 teams if they played in Cleveland. The HS Football in Charlotte is pitifull. I think they get about 8-10 D1 kids in the whole city about the size of Columbus. I watched Chris Leak in a regional game his Sr year and the team they beat wouldn't have won the OH D6 state title.

3/07/05 - Rivals $ - Top 100 RB attends 2 junior days

Attended junior days at N.C. State and North Carolina. Adams is looking at academics, majors the schools offer, social life and general atmosphere, how long the coaching staff has been there, and early playing time.

3/16/05 - Rivals $ - North Carolina back gets offer, visits

Adams claims no early favorites... Wants to look at every school with an open mind, because every school who shows interest in him has something unique to offer.

4/06/05 - Rivals $ - Terps hoping for more success in NC

Started his freshman year as a cornerback and moved to tailback towards the end of his sophomore year. Claims offers from Maryland, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Tennessee, LSU, Ohio State, Wake Forest, Duke and Clemson. Would not have any problems going out of state if it is best for his future and says his parents will let him make his own decision.

4/12/05 - Rivals $ - North Carolina tailback getting big-time attention

Lists offers from Georgia (new), Tennessee, Clemson, Maryland, Ohio State, UNC, NC State, Duke, along with others unmentioned. Still remains open and wants to become more informed, so he can begin to narrow his list.

4/25/05 - Rivals $ - Offers continue to roll in for Adams

Attended Nike Camp at Virginia Tech and felt he was able to hold his own. Adams ran a 4.58 40 and had a 33-inch vertical and recently received an offer from Virginia.

Josh tore ligaments in his ankle during a track meet. However, the injury has not slowed down his recruiting as East Carolina became offer #12. Josh is out of commission until probably July or August but will use the time to research various schools.

Josh is receiving the most interest from N.C. State, Tennessee, UNC, Wake Forest, Clemson, Virginia, and LSU. He is taking his time to research his schools as his injury heals. Josh plans to take all of his visits before deciding.
