Lemoore, CA -- Though he plays in a running offense, the talent is obvious for David Ausberry. Ausberry, one of the top wide receivers in the nation, has been selected to participate in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

The classic East vs. West match-up will be played and televised live on NBC January 7th at 12:00 p.m. (CST) and will feature the top 78 prep football student-athletes in the country.
David Ausberry is rated as the number ten wide receiver in the country by Scout.com. He is a member of the National Hot 100 as well as the West Hot 100. At 6-4, 215 pounds, Ausberry has dominating size to go along with great strength.
"David has been compared by many to USC alum Mike Williams with their similar body builds. He’s a very prolific and productive pass-catcher that will become a big-play threat when he adds speed," says Chris Fetters of Scout.com.
As a junior, played through a high ankle-sprain most of the season. Also, the offense for the Tigers was heavy towards the running aspect of the offense, thus receivers not being heavily utilized.
Ausberry is uncommitted and has Georgie, Nebraska, Ohio State, and USC as his leaders.
