    84.5% of all 2013 offers going out of State?

    All responses make sense. It was just surprising to browse through the offers, and see such a vast majority going out of State. Was wondering if that was a big change from Tressel's recruiting style/philosophy, or if I just hadn't noticed the same trend in the past.

    According to the 2013 official offers thread, only 11 of the 71 offers have been extended to Ohio kids? With the perception of High School football talent in the State of Ohio, that surprises me a little. Is that mainly because it's so early in the process?
