While Rutgers has been pretty bad in the past, they are undefeated and ranked in the top 25. If you look at it from his point of view, he could probably come in and play earlier by going to Rutgers and he would still be playing for a pretty good team. Rutgers may not be on the same level as Ohio...
I don't know a lot about Arnold or his abilities, but if you look at the update at the top of the page you'll notice a certain team from up north is not on the list.
I read somewhere that Fabian Washington, who played for Nebraska, is his cousin, or close friend, or something. But he said that he would play either safety or QB, but preferred QB, where we are supposedly recruiting him. I don't know what Nebraska is recruiting him to play, but if it's at...
If he truly likes our staff better, then I hope he realizes that he needs to do what makes him happy. If that's playing for ND, then so be it. But if he really wants to be a Buckeye and his family and friends don't feel the same way, he needs to put his foot down and choose for himself.
That doesn't even make sense. Michigan isn't listed in his list of favorites, yet they are his favorite? That and the comment about them putting DB's in the NFL make me think it's definitely slanted, or they meant to say Ohio State.
On BN someone said it was reported that McDaniel was torn between tOSU and FSU. He also went on to say he had no idea if that info was credible, so I assumed it wasn't. Hopefully he's right though, and McDaniel chooses to become a Buckeye.
