Consider registering! Fewer and higher quality ads, no emails you don't want, access to all the forums, download game torrents, private messages, polls, Sportsbook, etc. Even if you just want to lurk, there are a lot of good reasons to register!
One last cheap and cheesy bit of advice: Let it go. Stop watching ESPN about it or reading about it or listening to the radio about it or even posting about it. Go look at the real world and get some perspective... so you can get properly ramped up next fall to do it all again.
I'm just stopping by again after a long time away to see how the BP fares. Being an OU Sooner since 1960-something, I can empathize with your BCS CG woes, unfortunately.
No suicides I trust? How many coaches' heads have been called for? (The OU boards have pretty much limited it to 2. :wink2...
There's no disputing this. I've seen Sooner fans who I wish would switch to wearing burnt orange <insert upside-down longhorn here> instead of crimson. Here's hoping for fewer idgits everywhere.
But I stiil say the best LSU fans are those who have just suffered defeat! :wink2: :D
Actually, right up until the night just before the game, Ohio State fans will be a large majority on the streets. Most LSU fans won't show up until the last minute (and won't take hotel rooms, of course).
First, thanks for letting a newbie (to this board) start a thread.
Disclaimer: I am a Sooner Born & Bred trapped in Tigerland. Though 99.2% of my friends are LSU fans, I am not. The reasons are unimportant; I just CAN NOT cheer for LSU, even though I have tried. It gives my LSU friends someone...
An unsophistivated view:
LSU is talented and tough, but sometimes a bit shaky on offense. Less shaky on defense, despite their late-season form.
They will be well rested and essentially at home, so OSU will have to play some serious smashmouth football and NEVER QUIT, even when things look dim...
