Grad Student?
I know this is not of the utmost importance, but what the hell grad program is he going to enroll in (catfish farming?).
None of the articals I've read have said what one, they only say "a graduate program that is not offered at Oregon" and apparently there are three of them.
I agree, the B10 does not run the BCS. The different number of OOC games across teams is asinine, could they move everyone to a seven game conference schedule or is that just too short? I don't have the answers. BS or not, it was an interesting post.
PS. Am I the only one rooting for...
I noticed he was being a little tough on them in one of the USC games, but asides from that I can?t remember him being overly critical.
I live near NY so People I know people with strong feelings for almost all major conferences and Teams. Herbies got widespread respect as one of the best CF...
Feel bad for the players at the Army AA game who are considering USC.
The rug has completely been pulled out from them, and now they are put on the spot to declare.
Troy seems to be in a pretty good place.
He seems to enjoy the team the town and his role. I know the Balto fans appreciate him. I don?t think there are many teams out there as comfortable with their second string QB. If Flax goes down there is a competent, confident guy ready to take over...
My Non-Buckeye friends all like Herbstreit and the CGD crew / format. So do I for the most part.
His comments this week about OSU were a little harsh, but I agree with most of them (most underperforming O-line in CF in 10 years is a bit of Hyperbole).
The show is too long, and we don?t need...
I think it is a cycle thing. The last time I remember this happening was playing Penn State twince in a row in Happy Valley back in the Cooper days (or very early Tressell).
Unfortunatly, I don't have a very good feeling about this one. I didn't see much to encourage me last week. I think...
This is my biggest question (I wouldn't say concern), but Cordle never struck me as a tackle. Possibly just the fact that watching him at Center/guard all these years has skewed my perception.
Anyway, like the move with Shuggy.
I agree, this is not appropriate for a player thread (another thread yes). Tyler still has some sweet buckeye years to look forward too, and I wouldn't think this is what he wants his defining moment to be.
Don't lump this guy in with all Gator fans. The Florida fan's I know are football...
Pretty impressive interview for a true freshman.
OSU Athletics has a robust counselor program, but they try not to get in the way. They let the freshman be freshman, but might mention something if the midterm reports come back poorly or if an OTF incident gets back to them (I was an athlete in...
It's amazing the amount of talent put out by that school. It's not a particularly big town, and they don't get a whole bunch of press in the local market (HS football as a whole doesn't get a lot in NJ).
Pre-season second All American Tackle Anthony Davis from Rutgers went there (this might...
I couldn't find any videos, but Texas A&M and Oregon have comparable facilities from what I've read.
Why is OSU more appealing to a high school player compared to other schools? That's up to the recruit to decide.
A 4.33 40 time for a 6'6 240 quarterback? That might be the most amazing measurable I've ever seen.
Just for comparison, one player had a 4.30 in this year?s combine 6'2 210 Maryland WR Heyward-Bey seventh overall pick to the Raiders. Mike Wallace (No relation to the news caster to my...
