It sure as hell did last year. You don’t really think about regular season standings mattering too much until you end up in a close playoff matchup in which they mean everything.

That would be interesting to see. I did make a conscious effort to draft offense early and often this year. Usually I fall into the trap of drafting top tier pitching too early but that doesn’t play as well in our league’s format.
