  1. MLB General Discussion (Official Thread)

Marlins should have protested right then and there, BEFORE THE UMPIRES LEAVE THE FIELD!!!!! By rule, that's a dead ball strike.
  2. 2021-2022 Ohio State Men's Basketball

These are interesting reads. As a Seton Hall alum- I did see that there's a possibility of playing you guys in a preseason MTE. As for what to expect from Seton Hall- they should be better than they were in 2020-21. Key losses- Bryce Aiken, Sandro Mamukelashvili, and Shavar Reynolds...
  3. Indiana Hoosiers Basketball (Dead Program)

I doubt Geno would want to clean up the mess that Calipari always seems to leave behind (see: UMass & Memphis)
  4. Steve Fisher (cheater)

There is also a National Title banner hanging at Crisler Arena from 1989 that belongs at Walsh Gym in South Orange, New Jersey on the campus of Seton Hall. Even the Michigan player said the call was weak...
  5. Kansas Jayhawks

Travis Goff from Northwestern is their new athletic director. Goff is from Kansas & a Kansas grad. Like I said in another thread, I think Bill Self gets fired by the end of the month. https://www.espn.com/college-sports/story/_/id/31199767/travis-goff-finalizing-deal-kansas-jayhawks-ad-source-says
  6. Sean Miller (Former HC Arizona Wildcats)

Kansas already found their new athletic director, they hired Travis Goff away from Northwestern- Goff is from Kansas, and a Kansas grad. Regarding the scandals surrounding the basketball program at Kansas, it would not shock me in the least if Bill Self gets fired by the end of April. Being...
  7. Sean Miller (Former HC Arizona Wildcats)

I don't remember USC being great at basketball in my lifetime.
  8. Sean Miller (Former HC Arizona Wildcats)

    Now former Arizona coach https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/31209814/sources-arizona-wildcats-fire-coach-sean-miller
  9. New York Giants (official thread)

I like the signings. Whether or not that turns into a successful season this fall is to be determined. That being said, the Giants had a meeting on Zoom for season ticket holders last week. Former LB Carl Banks (Banks does Giants PBP along with Bob Papa and Paul Dottino for WFAN in NY) led...
  10. Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

    Wasn't it Buttsack O'Ballchinian?
  11. Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

I guess he forgot about some guy named Kerry Collins?
  12. Which baseball record will never be broken?

Closest anyone has come in my lifetime to .406 was Tony Gwynn
  13. Which baseball record will never be broken?

Gary Sanchez may get the passed ball record

  15. Cleveland There’s Always Next Years (2021 Season)

Sounds like the Yankees the last few days.
  16. Roy Williams

Meanwhile, Kansas has given Bill Self a lifetime contract... https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/31183214/kansas-jayhawks-sign-bill-self-life-contract
  17. Worst Actor Ever

    Mark Wahlberg
  18. QB Justin Fields (2019-20 B1G Off POY, 2020 Silver Football, 2019 B1G CCG MVP, New York Jets)

I think the 49ers draft whomever the Jets don't take at 2. IMO- Fields played against better competition at Ohio State, than Wilson did at BYU. Granted, COVID fucked up BYU's schedule.
  19. Indiana Hoosiers Basketball (Dead Program)

The only way Geno leaves UConn, is when he chooses to retire IMO. As dominant as that program is, why would he want to leave? UConn will outpay any school that tries to get him to leave.
  20. Cleveland There’s Always Next Years (2021 Season)

I think the American League as a whole is down, IMO. Baltimore has been terrible for years, Kansas City & Detroit will struggle. Boston is still in a rebuild.
