I have a friend who had the same scores and grades and didn't get in, so it's really not uncommon at all. I had a 4.0 and 28 ACT and was still a little nervous about getting in last year.

OU's are MUCH lower. I honestly don't know a single kid from my high school class last year who was turned down by OU.

Oh they were caught, they just know how to get caught and not get in trouble.
