I know a number of players and the "half dislike him" is BS. The ones who dislike him are the ones who think he is too tough on them. JT made them all feel safe and wanted. UFM lets you know where you stand and he wants you to feel like your job might be gone tomorrow. Soft players hate him...

Disagree 100%. UFM has said if the kid says stop calling they will listen. Bottom line, the kid is flirting and OSU just wants one date to see if it's a fit. Love JT, but this is big boy football and you recruit until the end. As UFM said, I got 9 coaches who better do it again next year...

I love the "early playing time" line. The bottom line is that I hope they are also saying "if you earn playing time you will play early" as well. Could we not aruge that is the case at every school? The best will see action??? Also, if they are just promised to play early at one school...

One thing to keep in mind, we have two kids from Jeanette and both are ballers. IMO, to have film like he does and to be from that both say a ton.

Kid is very interesting and I hope he goes to any school other than Michigan. He could be VERY special 2-3 years down the road. Not to mention, I would offer him on his name alone. :osu:

Agree. I also think the fact that Decker does not know where he stands and OSU just had Dodson in for a visit (spoke to Tres and the staff while here) tells us where they rank Decker vs Dodson. It would appear the staff wants at the very least 3 OT in this class.

This would be huge. Braxton has been told to be ready to play so if Jones goes to Fork Union and then RS he would have some space between him and Braxton. Wonder if we stop recruiting the kid in Cali. (2012 QB)

I think FL was taking him as an OG?? I'm just wondering if for some reason Brewster and/or Adams take off they decide to offer another OL if he would be in the mix.
