I'm in a group that is loaded with seniority, we've got two seniors and a grad student in our group. We were offered A deck for the Big Ten schedule, I just hope we did indeed get it.
Rocket- Why sit by yourself?
I got 13 A for Miami and SDSU. For Texas I also got 13 C. I thought I had enough credit hours to sit in A deck for Texas, but C isn't really that bad so I'm not complaining.
What's the view like from 13 C? Anybody know?
I'll give you that Texas is more than a one man show. They have loaded lines, and their D is top notch. What I'm sick of is the fact that any time you click on a season preview of Texas, all you hear about is VY.
From their viewpoint, VY is unstoppable and that his play, while excellent...
The thing that mystifies me about the college football newsmedia today is how a certain Texas quarterback runs all over a scUM team that proved all season how weak they were against the run, can automatically anoint his entire team God in the media's eyes by his own playmaking ability.
I'm initially from Dayton.
Doug Harris is a newspaper sports reporter for the Dayton Daily. At the end of all articles in the DDN, the phone numbers for that particular journalist are listed along with the phrase, "Contact [insert author of article's name] 225-XXXX".
There is no need...
If I remember correctly, spring practices were closed to the public. My guess is that fall practices are going to be closed also. I can't confirm that, but maybe someone else could.
It could very well be chalked up to his illness. My question is, was there a possibility that drug use or severe alcohol abuse, coupled with his condition, caused the outburst? To me it seems that with an episode of this magnitude, along with having been at a concert, indicates to me that...
From the perspective of someone who is actually bipolar, this situation is still shocking, even having had the illness my whole life. For Sextons antics to have been 100% because of the illness, he would have needed to have been having a manic episode that was of a magnitude that would be off...
The best thing about that article was JT saying that the game won't be called because of rain. Granted the weather won't be nice, but every spring I live for the Spring Game, and to call it would be the worst thing in the world for me, especially since it falls two days before my birthday.
The parking lots in front of the 'Shoe have a special addendum to their signs. They say "This parking lot is University property. All alcoholic beverages are prohibited on University property." How strictly the going about enforcing that rule is anybody's guess.
If there is anything in...
Correction
The way JT designs the offense, is that he wants it to be mistake free and opportunistic. Scrambling ability and mobility is not central to JT's offense. I stand corrected, though I believe that anytime a quarterback has the ability to make plays happen with his legs it creates...
Quarterback Mobility is Key
I'm new to BP, and this is my first post. I've been following tOSU for most of my life, and from what I have seen during the JT era, is that having a mobile quarterback is a key to Ohio State Football.
This being said, a good part of the reason we were able to...
