    Looking forward to the new Arcade Fire. I wasn't a huge fan of Neon Bible, but there were some gems on it (i.e. Intervention). Funeral is a classic.

    Agreed. They definitely could have released an album full of Kids type material that would have appealed more to the masses. It's definitely not an easy record to listen to...I'm going to reserve judgement until I give it a few more spins.

    Owner's Title Insurance

    My lender does not require title insurance and it runs about 0.5% of the purchase price (so it's not cheap). I've also heard that title insurance does not always cover you and historically their payout is around 5% of the total premiums they collect. Thanks for the feedback fellas!

    Good idea on a newer home purchased from the original owner or a complete waste of money? I'm 95% sure that the title is clean but the cost of the insurance seems like an excessive amount of money when compared to the risk. Any schools of thought on this racket?

    Yes, the new Deftones album is really good...more in line with White Pony than their self titled and Saturday Night Wrist. THere's some really good stuff on Diamond Eyes. If you like the Deftones (especially White Pony), I would definitely recommend check it out.

    Aruba is amazing. I went there for my honeymoon 5 years ago...there's probably an old thread on here with suggestions. We arrived in Aruba the same day Natalie Hallowell went missing..it was pretty crazy around the island. I would definitely snorkle while your there. They have a pretty good...
