I don't think the tier of offer has anything to do with this situation. It sounds to me like it is a Clearinghouse issue more than a tOSU admissions issue. Granted, he has to do a bit more to get into tOSU, but right now, I would be happy for the guy if he got his grades up to get into a second...

No offense, but the thread on the free board basically says that it is smokingguns 'gut feeling', and he has not informaiton to verify. Also, he was WAY wrong about Bowman, as he called him to tOSU a couple of times over the past few days.
