Doug Gottlieb pulls that % out of his ass. No one is discussing this other than Chad and TO, as far as I can tell. It all stems from Chad who keeps publicly pressing the issue:
Terrell Owens: \"If I Go To The Bengals, I\'m Changing My Name To Ocho Uno\" - Chris Littmann - The Sporting Blog -...
That's Chad wanting TO to be a Bengal. Has nothing to do with reality. This rumor has been floating around for weeks. In fact TO says he will change his name to Ocho Uno if it happens. (It wont)
Matt Jones signs 1 year deal with Bengals.
Apparently Pacman wasn't offered a contract after the workout ...
Source: Jones chooses Bengals
He worked out for the club Thursday with former Ohio State quarterback Todd Boeckman making the throws. Boeckman had been with the Bengals last spring but...
It's just getting harder and harder and harder to defend this team.
Benson was one thing. Henry another. I could even live with Matt Jones since his transgressions weren't too terrible.
But I cannot support signing Captain Make it Rain ...
Even a degenerate like me has to draw the line...
I disagree wholeheartedly. But this thread is about Troy.
You have a point regarding Schaub. He did command 2 2nd rounders. But he was an original 3rd rounder (To Troy's 5th) and he's 6'5". (To Troy's 6'0") Schaub is viewed as much more of a pro-typical NFL QB. Not sure about arm strength...
In a deep draft I cannot see any team giving away a 3rd rounder for a player with very limited field experience and who himself was only a 5th round pick.
I love Troy, but his perceived value is not that high.
And yet you took the necessary time to type in all that nonsense. If the denizens of this board aren't worth your effort then I can only assume you won't be gracing us with your presence anymore ....

I'm hoping this was the reason for the lack of offers for OL. The coaches must figure the depth they have right now can suffice for the next few years so they could wait on Hendersonk and James. And I assume with Moses they figured the juice was worth the squeeze talent wise so he was worthy. So...
