I agree with all points, but I didn't notice no. 4. I thought the place was like a morgue (as usual). The students continue to be lame. The amazing thing was that this was the game where all of the other OSU student athletes were to show up. Didn't even fill student section. People keep...
I hope that we have a good turn out for this game. I thought the attendance at the Youngstown State game was pretty good. It was certainly better than the home games at the Schott thus far.
Not sure where else to post this, but it was pretty cool to see Cris Carter walking behind the team (with the recruits and others) from Blackwell to Skull Session to Horseshoe.
Anyone else hear the "Little Animal" song on QFM 96 this morning? A pretty good rock song about Laurinaitis. I'm going to check around to see if I can find it.
Agreed...that game atmosphere was more a tribute to Ohio State than a sample of what one could expect to see at an Iowa game. Just like the games at Texas, Penn State (last year) and frankly anywhere the Bucks play on the road.
The pt factor has certainly worked out for "Juice" Williams, but seeing the environment that OSU plays in on the road at Iowa and at home vs. Michigan has to weigh heavy.
I thought the title to this article was misleading. We all know about the shellacking from the last trip, but I thought before that loss our record at Iowa was quite good. I was thinking that it was in the 1980's when we last lost at Iowa. Also, isn't the series completely lopsided? About a...
