Consider registering! Fewer and higher quality ads, no emails you don't want, access to all the forums, download game torrents, private messages, polls, Sportsbook, etc. Even if you just want to lurk, there are a lot of good reasons to register!
Ahh. My main point was a player like Boren on your roster affects recruiting at his position...whether it be last year, this year, or next year....
I see what you are saying though. Good point.
If you do not think Boren being on the roster does not affect the number of schollie OL we have/they pursue then I think you are being naive.
I understand your stance and what you are saying though. For example though, let's say the target for the staff is 17. If you have a player like Boren...
7 of those top 9 are either freshman or sophomores. I think there has been an obvious upgrade in the talent the staff has brought in. If they still "under perform" I think the "more OL" train may pick up some steam.

I have gotten similar info from a few people. Throw in Beaver's "backtrack" posts about "not being too upset if he goes with the class of 2010" make me believe them a bit more...
