Because the potential punishments really weren't expounded upon before. No one was talking about things like a show cause before today (at least not that I saw). Things today look a lot worse than they did before when no one had much of a clue what direction this was going in. I'm not saying...
  2. I am not all in

I love JT. But what's best for the program is most important. Right now, him stepping aside is looking more and more like the best thing to do for Ohio State. Hopefully something positive happens and that changes. But the program cannot, will not, and should not fall because of one man.

Tressel will do what's best for OSU. I trust in Tress.
  5. LB Ryan Shazier (All B1G, All-American, 2017 Pro Bowl)

He could be better than Thad. Honestly, Thad should have stayed for his senior season. He could have had the impact we were all expecting.

Miller's the answer at QB. Not that close either.
  7. SF LaQuinton Ross (Memphis Hustle - NBA G-League)

Why is your post directed towards me? Just a fan getting excited about a future player. Really no shocker. Not trying to be some great talent evaluator.
  8. SF LaQuinton Ross (Memphis Hustle - NBA G-League)

Dude I'm telling you guys I think he's going to be really really good.
  9. Cleveland Browns (2011 season)

I'm beginning to warm up to the idea of Julio Jones. I think he could be a playmaker for a long time. He's big, physical, and is an all around receiver. I've heard about the hands, but he's not the same type of player as Braylon. I've also heard that he's a hard worker and good teammate so...

Oh Hell YEAH!!!!!! Thanks for posting this.
  14. QB/WR Terrelle Pryor ('10 Rose, '11 Sugar MVP)

No I think that would be fine too. I fail to see how making money means you are doing something wrong, ever. Maybe by rule it's technically wrong because the NCAA says so. But getting money is not wrong under any other rules in the world. Neither is selling your own stuff, especially at fair...
  15. Cleveland Indians (2011 Season)

That strike out looking was pretty poor but the Indians showed some nice resiliency.
  16. QB/WR Terrelle Pryor ('10 Rose, '11 Sugar MVP)

Yes I can see why they don't allow it. But to jwinslow, I don't see a minor league football system where these guys can play after signing huge contracts with major league teams. Sure no one is forcing them, but what's the alternative? The NFL won't allow them to go straight to the league...
  17. QB/WR Terrelle Pryor ('10 Rose, '11 Sugar MVP)

Exactly. If everyone blindly followed any rule just because it is a rule, then THEY are ignorant. In my opinion, as I've stated many times in the last few days, if anyone is wrong it's the NCAA. Selling your own personal stuff is never WRONG.

I'm not sure what a curse has to do with football. Anyways, there is no such thing as a Madden curse. Coincidence probably, but curse, no......
